We process the contact and vehicle details, symptom descriptions, messages and attachments you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and perform the agreed work. Website form details are forwarded to our AutoERP workshop system and Workshop Core system. Processing is based on steps before a contract and performance of the contract. Legal obligations apply, for example, to invoicing and accounting records. Maintaining service security is based on legitimate interests. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only with your consent. It measures public page views and actions such as using the quote button. Google receives technical browser, device and connection information. This website does not add form answers, names, email addresses, registration numbers, URL query parameters or personal portal URLs to analytics events. The European provider is Google Ireland Limited; processing may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA, including to the United States. Measurement is used to improve the website, not to personalise advertising. Analytics user and event data is retained for two months. A new visit does not extend user data retention. Aggregated reports have separate retention. We also measure form stages, confirmed submissions and error categories, guide engagement, loading speed and layout stability. Brand, service and branch are sent only as predefined categories. Search field contents and error message text are not sent. Only approved campaign labels are processed; other URL parameters are excluded. After consent, classified traffic sources and public page paths are stored in the tab for up to 30 minutes to understand the enquiry journey. These are removed on withdrawal.

You can use the website and submit an enquiry without analytics. Accepting analytics enables Google’s first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish users and sessions. Their maximum lifetime is set to 180 days; your browser may shorten it. Your yes or no choice is saved in browser local storage for 180 days so we do not ask on every page. Remembering this choice is necessary for consent management. Change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal removes these analytics cookies and reloads the page without Analytics. The preview choice is stored separately and does not authorise measurement on the production website.

Your unfinished enquiry is saved in this tab’s sessionStorage to recover it after a reload or accidental navigation. The draft expires after 24 hours and is removed after confirmed submission. Use Clear form to delete it. Files and the privacy checkbox are not restored. Saving a draft alone does not send it to the workshop or analytics. Your browser controls session restoration after closing the tab.

Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap, whose service receives technical connection data. Directions and online-shop links open separate services. Google reviews are opened only when requested. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Information is retained as needed to handle your enquiry and agreed work, resolve potential claims and meet legal obligations. Access to customer information is limited according to staff duties. Technical providers also process data for the agreed purposes. Applicable safeguards required by data-protection rules are used for international transfers.

You can request access, correction, erasure and restriction as provided by applicable law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where that right applies.
