Porsche servicing

We check your vehicle details, mileage and service history before planning the work. Scheduled servicing follows the manufacturer’s programme, and we enter the work in the manufacturer’s electronic service record. Tell us about any symptoms as well as routine service needs.

Engine oil and filters

Engine oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter replacement according to the car’s requirements. Electric vehicles follow their own maintenance schedule.

Brakes and suspension

Brake inspections, pad and disc replacement, and diagnosis and repair of suspension faults. Brake-fluid replacement is checked against the maintenance schedule.

Timing system

The timing-belt interval or need to investigate a chain drive is determined by the engine version, service history and any symptoms.

911, 718, Boxster, Cayman, Cayenne, Macan, Panamera, Taycan.

The model name alone does not determine the service programme or transmission. We check the model year, powertrain, installed version and history. Older models are also welcome.

We service and repair all Porsche models, including PDK and manual transmissions. The installed gearbox and its service requirements are checked individually. A PDK label does not mean all Porsche gearboxes share one design.

We need the car at our workshop for our own diagnostics. Earlier reports help us prepare, but the repair decision is based on our examination. We investigate the cause and assess whether a component can be repaired. A fault code alone does not determine which part needs replacing.

We discuss the findings, repair options and scope with you. You receive an estimate for approval before repair work begins. We normally use parts that we supply. AUNE repair terms apply.

Electric and hybrid cars still need scheduled servicing. We check the applicable programme for the vehicle, including its powertrain and service history. We investigate electric motors, power electronics, control units and charging-related symptoms. High-voltage battery work follows the manufacturer’s instructions; the repair method depends on the identified design and fault.

VAGEN additional inspection is a model-specific optional service alongside routine servicing. We use our experience of these vehicles to identify relevant inspection points. The scope and cost depend on the car and the checks agreed. It does not replace the manufacturer’s service schedule or diagnostics of an existing fault.
