The coolant-leak example concerns certain e-tron, e-tron Sportback and Q8 e-tron versions. Q6 e-tron has a different powertrain; Q4 e-tron and e-tron GT are separate model families. Motor identifiers and vehicle version must be checked before assessing a repair.
